90% Money-Back Guarantee

If we are unable to recover your funds, you will receive a 90% refund of the recovery fee paid.

1. Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

  • Failed Recovery: If we are unable to recover any portion of your funds after exhausting all recovery methods
  • Service Not Provided: If we fail to begin recovery services within 24 hours of payment
  • Duplicate Payment: If you accidentally made duplicate payments for the same case

2. Refund Amount

Standard Refund: 90% of the recovery fee paid

The 10% non-refundable portion covers:

  • Initial case analysis and assessment
  • Blockchain forensics investigation
  • Administrative and processing costs
  • Payment processing fees

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:

  • Successful recovery (partial or full)
  • Client provides false or misleading information
  • Client fails to cooperate or provide requested documentation
  • Client cancels case after recovery work has begun
  • Recovery is impossible due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., funds already moved by scammer)

4. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Contact our support team via email, WhatsApp, or Telegram
  2. Provide your Case ID and payment transaction details
  3. Our team will review your case within 24-48 hours
  4. If approved, refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
  5. Refunds are issued in the same cryptocurrency used for payment

5. Partial Recovery

If we recover a portion of your funds but not the full amount, no refund is provided. The recovered amount will be credited to your platform wallet for withdrawal.

6. Express Recovery Refunds

Express recovery fees (+50% additional) are subject to the same 90% refund policy if recovery fails. The express fee is non-refundable if standard processing time is met.

7. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are processed as follows:

  • Cryptocurrency refunds: 5-7 business days
  • Refunds sent to the original payment wallet address
  • Email confirmation sent upon refund completion

8. Dispute Resolution

If you disagree with a refund decision, you may request a review by our senior management team. All decisions made by senior management are final.
